When I had a query about delivery Start Safety replied promptly although in the end the courier was easy to contact too and a safe place was arranged in time. “Still not got my order after a week!! Order going to a 24/7 Wearhouse in London”

Hi Robert, Apologies for any inconvenience caused due to the late delivery. I have spoken to the courier to try and get this order back out to you as soon as possible, and I have added additional delivery notes for the driver. Due to the bank holiday and the increase in the amount of freight the courier is dealing with, delivery and redelivery times are longer than usual. “I'm surprised to see such a high quality mask at such a good price! The checkout process was easy and the delivery was on time.”

“Not happy with the service offered. It’s order spot on on, ordered 16.50 Wednesday delivered next day. Tried to order same item again on the Thursday at same time, they refused to deliver on the Saturday even though I paid for next day delivery. Waiting on refund”

Hi Fred, Apologies you are not happy with the service, and we hope this doesn't deter you from using our business again in the future. I believe you were speaking with Melody, who explained that you had paid for a Next Working Day Delivery, and since you had placed the order on Thursday at 16:48, I am afraid you missed the 14:00 cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery. In this case, a Saturday Service is available though this would be at an extra cost. Looking at the order on Wednesday, this was placed at 05:57, hence why this was delivered the next day on Thursday. “Pre- sales advice excellent Quality of goods excellent Pallet courier excellent APC courier very poor hence 4/5. Claimed delivered to incorrect address when item was still in the back of their van. “Nice items but I expected a bolt length including head of 95 mm. What arrived was an 85 mm long bolt which means I cannot secure the thickness of wood I wanted. Have since had to buy longer bolts!”
