“Only part refunded didn’t turn up like next day like was told don’t have much faith in ordering again they don’t communicate with carriers properly spent more time on phone with customers care team not happy”

Hi Jay, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As you are already aware, a vast number of delivery delays were caused by Storm Goretti, and many couriers are still recovering from this, so many businesses and customers have been affected, and this is something that is completely out of our control. We do have direct contact with our couriers, with whom we were liaising through these delays, though there is only so much we can do in these circumstances. As for the refund, this was already agreed on the phone that you would be receiving a partial refund, that being the difference between the Next Day service and the Economy service. “Item arrived as stated. The only problem was the delivery driver did not read the instructions on where to leave the package. There was no note letting me know where the package was left. Luckily a stranger came to my door saying there was a package for me”

“Items came and all good quality. Unfortunately the delivery side was very poor. I phoned up on the first failed delivery date and the nice lady said she will chase up the courier and get back to me but never phoned me back. I paid extra for next day delivery but didn't come until 4 days later (ordered on thursday i think and didnt get it until monday)which was 1 day after I needed the items and no refund on the delivery cost. Anyway I now have 2 of what I ordered as i had to buy similar items off Amazon so I could do my job.”
