“Had a quick response to a email asking for a suitable suspension kit for my T5 transporter which suffered a broken coil spring hit a pot hole. Had email back which the asked if T5 was a non T32 than the suitable coil over kit. Ordered and delivered next day .the kit looks a quality the adjuster is a well engineered bit of kit hope to fit it soon”

“Genuine customer - post installation review. OEM+ plus look very well balanced stance to the car now. Easy enough to install, all items delivered as displayed. Noticeable improvement in traction mid-corner and exit only gripe is should have installed these way earlier than I did! 5 stars!🌟”

“Brought a set for my s3 fl, set as low as possible and got maybe a 40mm drop on the fronts after doing about 500 miles nowhere near the 80mm as stated , messaged only to be told to send pics before and after which I did and then to be told it could be the anti roll bars 🤣 and then to be asked what wheels and tires like they affect the drop 😂, id steer clear and buy some stance plus for the same price off ebay which do give the stated drop and imo a slightly better ride quality too , thought I'd give stanced uk ago and wish I didn't, I'll add a pick of them maxed out so you can clearly see you would get the same drop on 40mm springs”

The lowering figures quoted in our listings are measured against factory ride height during product testing, which is standard practice across the suspension industry. The actual visible drop on an individual vehicle can vary depending on factors such as previous suspension condition, tyre size and vehicle setup. We spent time responding to your emails and reviewing the photos you sent in order to help diagnose the issue and answer your questions. As part of this we also offered you the option to return the kit to us for a full refund, which remains available if you would like to proceed. We sell a large number of these kits across the VW/Audi platform and this is not an issue we commonly encounter, however we appreciate that in this case you are not satisfied with the result. If you would like to resolve this directly, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange the return and refund. Stanced UK

“Wheel spacers fit a treat however I was sent 16 wheel bolts when the bmw f31 is a 5 bolt hub so i needed 20, meaning I've had to order extra to be able to fit my wheels”
