“Had an issue with my original delivery going missing due to the courier, which left me without my car for over a week—obviously frustrating. However, once I got in touch, the team dealt with it quickly and professionally. They opened a case with DPD straight away and arranged a replacement to be sent out the next day, which arrived without any problems. Really appreciate how they handled the situation and kept communication clear throughout. Mistakes can happen with couriers, but it’s how a company responds that matters—and they sorted it properly. Would definitely use again 👍”

“Unfortunately my delivery went missing in transit , I contacted the guys at Stanced and Matt replied promptly and professionally, he advised that the courier had not carried out the correct procedures and he arranged for another shipment immediately which arrived safe and sound. Great response and a hassle free outcome for me. Would 100 percent use these guys again and 10 out of 10 for customer service from Matt and the team”
