Don`t get me wrong. The kit arrived rapid, well packaged and seem decent build. Yet after getting kit installed, vehicle stood for a week at the garage waiting for other parts to arrive and be fitted and get vehicle back on the road, rear shock blew. When asked on what to do, been suggested to get warranty exchange, but kept being told that if there are any grip marks, it will void the warranty, but I can get a new shock for like £52, I don`t know, nor see grip marks, when on the ramp I see shock and bump stops. Fine, yet when asked how to sort it out and how to get a single shock, where is it listed or how to get it sorted, as every time something is being done on the vehicle, I have to pay the labour, Stanced will not cover it, even if the shock was to fauly. Anyhow, might be either my luck or the fact I`m foreign, Ibeen ignored for a week now(purchase and messaging via ebay).

3 parts arrived damaged from the manufacturer, bent strut tabs and a thread that wouldn’t wind down, would of returned the coilovers but had already fitted 1.

Hi Stephen, I'm sorry to hear of the issue. As far as we are aware we have not heard from you regarding the order so have been unable to help so far. In regard to the brake line brackets, this can sometimes happen in transit due to the weight of the struts and they can be bent back into place by hand. Coil overs not great ok when first fitted but only been on 3months and bottoming out over bumps not even that low

Hi Barry, Sorry to hear of the issue. I cannot see that you have contacted us regarding the suspension kit? If fitted correctly, bump stops fitted and none of the shocks are leaking fluid from damage being caused to the piston rods, the kit should be perfectly fine for years to come and not bottom out over bumps. If you suspect any of the parts to be faulty, the kit comes with a 2 year warranty so if you would like to disucss this please email us Support@stanceduk.com for further assistance. Do t get me wrong there really good for their money wise but it says adjustable in the description but sends the wrong coilover key/spanner I’m now stuck stupidly low and wheels rubbing in the arches, contacted customer service and still waiting for a response, week and a half and still waiting

Hi Charlie, I'm sorry to hear about the issue. The C spanners are added to the kit at the factory so it must have been a picking error. We contacted Stance plus on the 28/11 requesting that a replacement C spanner be sent out to you asap, to which they replied the same day saying that it was sent via Royal mail. It may have been held up due to strike action, You can adjust the shocks without a C spanner, if you would like advice on this please let me know a good time to call you by emailing Support@stanceduk.co.uk, We did try to call but there was no answer. Service good, stance+ coilovers absolutely shocking… all shocks burst in less than a week.

Hi Ben, As discussed via email - in cases where all four shocks leak right away after install, it is highly likely that the pistons have been gripped during installation which has damaged the oil seals straight away as explained this would not be a fault of the product but caused by incorrect installation. As discussed via email, if you can return the shocks so they can be inspected we can come back to you with the cause and if any parts are faulty they would be replaced under warranty or in cases where the kit is new a refund may be offered as an alternative. Don’t see the point in the street version for my 03 blew Z4. Spend the extra Pennies and get the ones with the shortened drop links, You’ll need them anyway as the kit doesn’t work otherwise.

Even with the coilovers screwed right down it still never made my car look as low as what I thought it would be
