“Ordered suspension received and email saying will be dispatched then two days later received another saying no stock and will be 2-3 weeks 4 weeks later still not received and been buying similar from another supplier which we have been happy with …It’s wrong taking payment with no stock …”

“I’ve had three sets of these over the last 5 years only issue is I’ve snapped a spring a couple of times but you are unable to replace the spring and I’ve have been forced to buy the entire kit twice more just to replace springs.”

Hi Jason, I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue. I cannot see that you have contacted us in regard to any issues? Firstly, any kit you have purchased within 2 years would be covered under warranty and secondly you can order single parts at anytime by contacting us.

“AMAZING ITEM I had an bmw e46 before with bc coilovers on which were so expensive. Had it for 7 years. Now I've changed to an bmw e60 and a few of my friends run the stance + coilovers. What I have to say about stance. VALUE FOR MONEY 100% worth every penny the ride height and the comfortness of the item it's just as good or maybe a little better then bc coilovers. I cant fault them at all. 5 star coilovers.”

“very prompt delivery, well packaged, had a good look at them and they really look good and are of a very good quality, unfortunately i have not fitted them yet (as i am just out of hospital) but they are going to be fitted very soon, am really looking forward to seeing them on the car. will let you see how they look when fitted.”

“Bought the Stance+ Street Coilvers, fitted to my 04 plate T5, and they're a drastic improvement to the very very battered set that were on before. Haven't wound them all the way down but the ride feels firm and after a few miles and some adjustment I cannot fault them, especially at the price point. Brilliant product and love the pop of purple.”

Hi Shane, We have not had any contact from you regarding any issues so have been unable to assist in any way up until this point. Looking at the spring setup, the rear bump stops look like they need cutting down as they will be stopping the spring/shock from having any travel. The rear springs show tension in 2-3 coils which is normal for lowering springs, they are progressive meaning some coils sit like this close together, the main issue being the bump stop which is too long.
