I bought a set for my T5 and Audi B8.5, Within 6 months the Audi set started to knock. Then after 14 months the T5 set started to knock . I wasn’t going to pay a mechanic again to take them off , I sold the T5 at reduced price with knocking stance coilovers . And the Audi ones still knock, and got worse . Looking to change them to BC coilovers .

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the outcome of this. The order was placed 3rd June and you did not contact us until 29th August to state that the rear adjuster cups were missing. The delivery photo shows the kit open with the contents being inspected by yourself. Unfortunately due to the months that have passed prior to any contact being made regarding this we were unable to get parts sent out to you FOC. We would need notifying within 48 hours of any missing parts although we will always try to assist after this point. We did however, assist you through the process and speak to the manufacturer, offering the parts needed at a heavily reduced cost of £20. Ordered my spacers and they arrived in good time. They look sick on the car and fit perfectly. This is the one stop shop for spacers. Thanks guys

Coilovers bought, Failed 1 year later, Stanced admit item faulty NO REFUND I Purchased the Stance Ultra Coilovers Suspension Kit BMW E46 Saloon & Coupe (98-05) Petrol from eBay Been fitted for a year and the rear struts have leaked all over my rear suspension causing the rubbers to deteriorate and causing it to fail an MOT. I was forced into replacing them with stock shocks because I needed my car for work. Stanced-UK admit the parts are faulty but refuse to refund me for them. They are meant to be under a 2 year warranty. Stanced-UK will only replace the parts leaving me well out of pocket.

Hi Richie, The shocks are covered by a 2 year warranty. We had agreed with Stance plus that they would replace the rear shocks under warranty for you but you requested a refund which was not possible under the warranty terms. No customer service at all. Only available via e-mail that they only seem the check whenever. Disappointed after being recommended by so many people.

So I was running m sport suspension before wanted to go a little lower so I purchased front and back stance + coilover fitted the back and they are a strut coilover picture below one of the worst rides I’ve ever felt the back of the car was skipping all over the road banging vibrating felt very dangerous so I removed them the next day straight away poor Quality didn’t even waste my time fitting the fronts tried to contact them for my money back no response

Poor customer service and poor quality, no help with a warranty issue, instead I was told to just buy a full new set

Looking into your order follow up I can see you had emailed regarding a leaking strut, you were given the option to either send the shock back for inspection or purchase a single shock to keep you on the road then send the shock back for inspection. From the images you sent over via email the piston looks to have been gripped which would be the cause of the strut leaking most likely. We have not had any shocks back from you yet, if you do want to send the shock into Stance plus for testing we can then confirm the cause of the failure. Within weeks of having mine fitted on my bmw , both front shocks have broke and leaked everywhere , just like other comments , i was told to send back and buy replacement and they would refund if was faulty , haven’t sent back yet as not sure if get em back !

Hi Jordan, I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. As discussed with you for both the front shocks to leak fluid simultaneously right after fitting would indicate that the shocks have most likely been damaged during installation. The most common mistake made is gripping the piston rods when tightening the the top nuts which then causes the oil seals to leak every time the damaged piston rod goes in/out of the oil seal. You have been given the option to either send the units back to Stance plus for inspection or purchase new shocks then send the units back for inspection which can be refunded in full along with any postage costs if the units are found to be faulty. If there are grip marks on the shocks as stated this would void the warranty and there is no point sending the shocks back to Stance plus as they will be rejected. We have emailed you this morning with further details on returning the shocks for inspection. So hopefully we can look to get this sorted for you as soon as possible one way or the other.
