When Royal Mail received the parcel at their depot, the tracking status didn’t update, so we had to wait a bit to confirm that it was lost before we could process the refund. “Sizing nowhere near correct. Ordered XXL so slightly bigger than normally wear. Arrived and way too small. Fits my son who wears medium! States wrong size not a reason for a return 🤷”

“5 star company. Whenever I shop with a company I have not used before. I 'm always wary. Although I always research trust pilot, you can never be 100% sure. However, thankfully, spiralseven proved to be 100% legit and 100% 5 star. Pre-delivery comms were excellent, delivery was fast and the product was packaged well and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company for any potential future customers.”
