Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for two items at a great price, and the store indicated a delivery time within 5 days. It’s now been 7 working days, and the order hasn’t even left the UK yet. I tried contacting customer service by email and Instagram, but received no response at all. I’m starting to doubt whether I will ever receive my order. Very disappointing experience and poor customer support.

Thank you for your message. I’m very sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration. We aim for 95% of our orders to be delivered within 5 days to Italy, and on this occasion it took 11 days. This was due to your order being held up in a customs inspection, which is something unfortunately outside our control. We do highlight this possibility on our detailed shipping page. While this rarely happens, you could see via the tracking information that your item was still on the way and where it was being held, and we also sent updates along the way. We sincerely regret that this caused a disappointing experience and appreciate your patience and understanding. When Royal Mail received the parcel at their depot, the tracking status didn’t update, so we had to wait a bit to confirm that it was lost before we could process the refund. I have ordered my tracksuit a week ago, only got an email to say that my order has been shipped, no tracking number and i tried to get into contact with spiralseven. No reply

Received the order very quick however had to return it due to it not fitting, it was returned in December 2020 and its September and I still haven't received a refund although I keep receiving emails saying we are processing your refund, no response from customer service, so overall a bad service.

Be warned if royal mail don't make sure you get your order then spiralseven clothing won't be of any help or offer you recompense and as for their customer service well it's non existent. 👎

Very poor customer service. Have left three messages and still waiting for a call back to sort out a jacket. That was nearly three weeks ago.

Ordered item on 29th august 2020 they said delivery would be 1st September 2020 still nothing contacted company no reply whatsoever needed this for children’s 1st day back at school had to buy something else and I’m still waiting for the company to get in touch to explain and rectify really disappointed and hate giving bad reviews as I was recommend to this company

Worn the item once washed once and logo has practically fell off not very happy at all to be honest £48 for a hoodie and this happens

Not impressed at all, ordered some socks by mistake ad although I did not even open the package when it was arrived, I was told that I could not return them for hygiene reasons.

You cant return an item for free unless its faulty. So many companies let you do this now, Spiral Seven will get left behind. I also feel they dont make that clear on their website. I tried to clarify, 2 online msgs, 2 emails and a phone msg and still no response

Both email and calling card was left advising you that you now need to collect the item from your local collection office. I have tracked your item and can see we did ship this on time and should have been with you next day, unfortunately tracking shows that it is still with the courier.
