“My parcel got delivered to a different address and I could not find the address from the picture Royal Mail posted as proof of delivery. Royal Mail said I needed to contact the seller in order to sort the problem out. So I emailed spiralseven about the problem on the 22nd of December. I subsequently managed to find the address my parcel was delivered to so I have the parcel but spiralseven do not know that. They have just ignored my email”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the confusion with your delivery. We did send a couple of emails following up on your enquiry, explaining that the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour and asking for confirmation. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply from you at the time, which made it difficult for us to assist further. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we’re glad to hear that you were ultimately able to locate your parcel. We always aim to support our customers and ensure deliveries are received safely, and we hope this helps clarify the situation from our side. Kind regards, Spiralseven
