Hi Matthew, we're sorry your parcel didn't arrive. When your order came in, the address was missing a house number, so we contacted you straight away to confirm it before dispatching the same day. Unfortunately, once with Royal Mail the parcel was lost in transit, which is outside our control. As soon as this was confirmed, we issued a full refund. – Spiral Seven

“Order was delivered to the wrong address, royal mail confirmation this. Tried contacting spiralseven by phone 5 times, and twice by email to different address, still no response. Contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and spiralseven have claimed they delivered to the correct address. Really poor customer service, please do not order from these jokers!”

Hi Simon, we're sorry you've had this experience. Your order was dispatched the same day to exactly the address entered at checkout, and Royal Mail confirmed it was delivered on 10 February, with GPS coordinates and a delivery photo. Once Royal Mail provides proof of delivery, we have to rely on it, as the parcel is out of our hands at that point.
