“My parcel got delivered to a different address and I could not find the address from the picture Royal Mail posted as proof of delivery. Royal Mail said I needed to contact the seller in order to sort the problem out. So I emailed spiralseven about the problem on the 22nd of December. I subsequently managed to find the address my parcel was delivered to so I have the parcel but spiralseven do not know that. They have just ignored my email”

“Sizing nowhere near correct. Ordered XXL so slightly bigger than normally wear. Arrived and way too small. Fits my son who wears medium! States wrong size not a reason for a return 🤷”

“i bought a Carhartt WIP Summer Michigan Coat and you sent me a version with a velvet collar (corduroy) but on your website the picture show without this (corduroy) velvet collar. very disapointed. i could bought this version in every shop in france. :(”

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I can see up on investigation that we replied to you immediately about your order and explained that items purchased on Saturday aren't shipped out until Monday. Also It does clearly show the estimated date of when your item will arrive. You selected 48hr Service, which means this would be shipped Monday for delivery Wednesday. After tracking your item I can see it was delivery a day early (Tuesday). “Said it’s next day delivery, but it never came in the next day Didn’t come in another plastic packaging, just came with the delivery packaging and that was it I opened it the material on my hoodie was bubbly When I wear it yellow fluff goes everywhere, this never happened when I tried it on in another retailer Poor”
