I had aircon 'Checked' and recharged. It blew cold for an hour than went back to how it had been before. There was clearly a leak which had clearly not been checked.

Booked 4 new tyres on line together with tracking and a fitting time and date which was confirmed. When I arrived the branch was closed due to religious celebrations. A wasted 40 mile round trip. A phone call would have been appreciated. Then when I rang 2 days later the branch said they didn't have the 4 tyres yet so had to wait another day. The staff said they had no control over internet bookings. After fitting I lost a wheel trim within 1/4 mile of the fitting centre.

The Tyre tech removed my old tyres from their rims then came to me & explained that they were corroded & needed cleaning this would be extra £10 for each wheel, then he found one wheel buckled so it would need a special adhesive that cost speedy`s £100 a tub, the extra cost was £30 & I find this unacceptable for work that any other company would do free of charge. He said when I had another wheel rim he would change it for another £10, I have sent an email explaining this to you but had no response.Order #162092

All four new tyres badly overinflated on fitting with 50psi in the front & over 40psi in the rear. On my particular make and model of car it should be 31psi all round. Also some wheel judder around 60 to 70mph suggesting the balancing was not done properly.

Took nearly 3 hours to change 4 tyres. Alloys were chipped during tyre change and no reply to email about it. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered tyres on line however different tyres were sent to the tyre fitters didnt notice until they had been fitted to car,tyres were worse rating than had been ordered ,contacted online support on Friday 2nd dec ,still waiting for someone to get back to me 5th dec, called phone number twice no one answers !!!!!!!!!!!.

After successfully picking my tyres picking the choice free fitting or free delivery which I chose free delivery. Went to check out entered my delivery address and continued to pay all was good. Until 2 hours later a email stating I needed to pay extra for delivery as my address isn't free to deliver to!!!! This should have been stated when I was at check out not 2 hours later. I then cancelled my order. Lost out on my sale how many others due to this???

Took 3 hours to change 4 tyres. I was told there would be an hour delay which is understandable as they were busy. Left to discover missing caps from wheel nuts! Not the best service.

Disappointed that: a) Car was jacked up incorrectly - BMW require jack adapters which were not used potentially ruined the jack points. B) Impact wrench used to loosen and tighten all lugs including the security lug. Risked damaged the security one. C) Impact wrench was used to tighten. THEN torque wrench was used to check torque which obviously clicked. Went home and redid all lug nuts as they were massively over spec to the point I had to get a breaker bar out. D) Tyre pressures were uneven. Minor quibbles: A) Had to drive the car up the tight ramp through the garage myself. Seems a bit risky. B) Tyre pressure system wasn't reset. Good points: A) Tyre appears to be sealed correctly though going to recheck again. B) One of the staff knew the torque setting which was useful when I went home.

I booked and paid online for a new tyre and to have it fitted and balanced at 11am. The tyre I purchased online said it had 99 in stock yet when I arrived I was told they didn't have any. It was also about a 30 minute wait until the different tyre was started to be fitted. This was done just at the entrance to the workshop and no balancing of the tyre was done. Poor service and won't be using again. Felt like they just wanted rid of me as quick as possible once the process was eventually started (even though it was about 30 minutes later than the booked time)

booked in for 4 new tyres & tracking for 2p.m. yesterday. your manager on reception told me it would take approx one & a half hours so I said that I would come back. I returned at 3.45p.m. to find that the work hadn't been started. I expressed my displeasure & was told that the operative hadn't been informed that my car was waiting to be done. He said that it would take at least an hour so I returned at 4.50p.m. & the job was eventually finished at 5.10p.m. just in time for me to join the rush hour traffic! This is a very poor service.

The lads at the garage were very good but I had booked to have my tyres changed on Friday at 11 am and, when I got there, they explained that the delivery would not be for another hour or an hour-and-a half. They said this always happened with early deliveries and they had complained many times but nobody listened to what they had to say. We could not find another convenient slot until Monday when they carried out the work. I had to wait about twenty minutes whilst they dealt with an earlier customer then but they told me that when I arrived and the work was completed quickly and efficiently once the bay was free. The experience meant that I had extra journeys to make and extra time wasted. Since the other online quotes were very similar and I chose this for convenience, I seem to have lost out. Others may wish to bear this in mind when they choose the supplier.

The tyres and price where perfect but both my alloy wheels where damaged quite bad by the fitter. I spoke to who was in charge and he acknowledged that they where damaged. He told me I needed to return when his boss was there which means more time off work and a trip across town. I still dont know what they are goin to do to sort them out without leaving me without a vehicle:

The only reason i haven't rated with very poor is becouse they fixed fast (their mistake). I had booking for 12 o'clock and got in at 2:30. Changed the tires (wrong) and didn't gave me my good old tires back. Fitting and balancing included... no balance... done it in t*** fit. I will never be back again

Dissatisfied with the work the mechanic seemed disinterested in what he was doing and the result is my car drifts to the left indicating that the tracking was not done properly when I arrived home my hands were covered in oil from the mechanic using the steering wheel and brake lever. I phoned up and complained and was told I could come in and have the car checked but I would rather have the money I paid reimbursed as why should you have to take the car back the work should have been done properly first time

Ordered my tyre online with a planned fitting date & time, I fought my way through town to get there at the time specified only to be told it was not there, I was also told that it would be chased up & they would let me know what was happening, this did not happen, I had to call them the next day to check if it was in, the guy claims he left a voicemail, yet I had nothing on my phone saying this! When I turned up on the agreed fitting day & time & was told it was not there, I asked how do I get a refund, only to be told 'you need to go to the website & contact them' but guess what, there is no 'them' as the only contact numbers are the ones for the tyre place itself. Let's put it this way, I won't be going there again, there are plenty more efficient tyre companies in the area & cheaper, oh, as well, as the tyre I ordered online had not arrived when it should've, the guy tried to sell me an alternative at nearly twice the price!

I went to speedy wheels Walsall west midlands. They fitted my tyres on my car. Time I git hone which is 6miles away they was both flat. They didn't replace the valves. Which you get that as standard when buying and fitting new tyres. Lucky the tyres wasn't damage after that 3mile drive on the motorway. Had no apology just I get to you in a hour as we busy. Which is not good consider I've just spent 100pound on tyres and they messed up by cutting conners.So won't be going there

you've caught me on a bad day, I've just paid out £15:00 to have the Wheels I had Powder coated and the tires I bought of Speedy Re balanced, because I had such a bad speed wobble I was Worried it would damage my vehicle, add that to the shoddy poor service, I received with comments such as "can you wait an hour" that was when I went to retrieve my overdue wheels and tires, plus the fact that I was pestered at home by telephone, with the sales person pushing me to have extra's such as the coloured protective rims, at anther £140:00, Not I will add the Extremely polite sales Lads fault, he was just doing what he was told to do, but all in all I would not recommend Speedy to any of my family or friends, far to shody...

Fine for replacing tyres. Tracked it up worse than before. Blames track rod ends which were new! 6/10 for fitting tyres, 1/10 for tracking or anything bigger than tyres by the looks of it!
