“Fine for replacing tyres. Tracked it up worse than before. Blames track rod ends which were new! 6/10 for fitting tyres, 1/10 for tracking or anything bigger than tyres by the looks of it!”

“I only went to have 2 front tyres fitted, seen bad reviews so dropped them a message to make sure I'll be in good hands and take care of my wheels, I got a reply saying don't worry you will receive good service..... WELL WHEN I GET THE HAD TO WAIT, DIDN'T MIND WAITING THO BUT THEN HAD BOTH TYRES FITTED AND SCRATCHED BOTH WHEELS FITTING THEM, I'VE POSTED PICTURES OVER GOOGLE MAPS OF MY DAMAGED WHEELS AND HAD 4000 ODD VIEWS IN A WEEK, I WON'T BE RETURNING BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS RUBBISH AND NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THEM REFURBISHED....NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER...BY ALL MEANS IF YOU WANT CHEAP TYRES AND DAMAGED RIMS HERE'S THE PLACE...!”

“Website was excellent, very clear and easy to use. The prices were excellent, I had a set of four Dunlop at a good price and fitted in Walsall. I made an appointment and everything was ready and completed quickly. The price was all inclusive and had no hidden extras. I would probably use them again”

“the service at speedys aston bham was good and they balanced my wheels corectly but i ordered these online and this process was fraught with problems and delays they delivered the wrong tyres then the driver was ill or something a delay of probably a week or so the tyres they supplied were good davanti i think wearing well great grip dry and wet”

“Ordered two tyres online for delivery and fitment at an appointed time a few days later. I received an acknowledgement email confirming the time and date. When I turned up for fitting, I was told that the tyres hadn't been delivered and that they wouldn't arrive until the day after. This wasted my time and being self-employed, cost me money. I had them fitted the next day - it would have been nice if something had been offered as an apology, such as free tracking, but nothing. Not the best of service.”

“Lads who fitted tyres brill .management weren't bothered because Tyre sourced on line had to go there three times before they were in Stock to be fitted”

“I found the best price for tyres at speedy's online, the process was simple and stress free, payment was also processed quickly and easy, arranged the time and place for fitting (Derby) arrived the staff were very friendly and efficient and on my way with in 15 minutes”

“Very efficient and competent. They sorted a rim prob causing a slow leak. I had picked tyres that had good reviews. Speedy had them in one working day. Good price too. I'd recommend them.”
