Terrible customer service. Dangerous alloy repair. Sub standard welding and aggression from employee when challenged about the repair. Awful. Give this place a miss.

Purchased 4 new tyres to be fitted by Birmingham branch. Tyres were fine but quality of service and customer care by Birmingham branch was terrible. they damaged 3 of 4 alloys fitting the tyres and didnt tell me, it was lucky i checked myself before leaving the branch and it wasnt small damage , 2 of the alloys were scratched all the way around. It also took them over 3 hours to fit 4 tyres. They Inflated tyres to wrong pressure, had to check them myself at separate garage and found one tyre was at 24psi, other 3 were 29psi when all should have been at 37psi. Even had low pressure indication on dash and was told that would reset once i started driving which i knew wouldnt be the case. And was even accused by the manager of being disrespectful when trying to explain to him what had happened, when in fact disrespect and blatant disregard for customer services was shown to me by not telling me the alloys were damaged.

The tyre fitting was ok but wheels not balanced because they didn’t have the weights. I also agreed to pay £100 to have 2 wheels completely refurbished. One was scratched so they gave me a £15 discount. Just had new tyres fitted elsewhere and they told me that only the outside face was repaired and the tyre wasn’t even removed. I was ripped off. I would not use them again.

I regret to say that they are bunch of scams. if you lose anything in their garage that means it's gone. I found a wallet and phone in their garage last Saturday one of staff claimed it's his but turned out its not.unfortunatey the other staff and the manager backed the claim as well.they won't call the customer or hand they to the police, how bad is that?

Asked if you supply alloys To fit my motorhome quoted me £399 had to pay you £100 one day and £299 the next day told me it was something to do with the invoicing not bad they made £100 for a phone call save your money shop around and save yourself £100 will see in my credit card company can get my £100 back

Visited to have 2 new tyres and alloy repair - left my car with them for 1 hr and when returned they'd scratched the car, not repaired the alloy and put on tyres that weren't the same as requested. They denied any responsibility. Guy seemed to think that because he was the manager it was impossible for him to cause any damage and so he was absolved from any responsibility or liability. 3 other individuals joined in, crowding around me and if I was not with my partner I would've felt vulnerable and intimidated by their offensive and threatening behaviour. Seemed to think that by patronising us and denying any liability that this was good customer service and a means to resolving the situation. Manager even called my partner over for a quiet word to discuss things without me. Sexist, offensive and patronising way to do business. Refused to admit liaibilty or make good the damage. Ignored further contact by phone/email. AVOID and go elsewhere. These guys should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered on website for premium tyres. Website said in stock. Paid and ordered them. Then got called to say they were not in stock. Agree for mid range tyres now. They said they would refund the difference in price. Turn up at my appointment time. Tyres were not at the shop. Had to wait over an hour for the delivery. Never refunded the difference for the change of tyres. Awful service.

The wrong tyres was send. Wasted 1 day off work, then it took over 2 weeks to my refund. Load of rubbish. Would never ever use this company again.

When I turned up to get my tyres fitted they hadn’t been delivered, so I had to wait around for about half an hour. When the tyres eventually turned up they were supplied incorrect, normal tyres instead of run flats, I had to return the next day to get them fitted when the correct ones had been delivered, this was more time out of my busy work schedule and time out of work for a second consecutive day. I felt the staff was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care that one of their customers had been given a very poor service.

Noticed the following day there was a valve cap missing. Looking closer the valve was not replaced it was tarnished as it wasn't replaced. Not sure now if it was even balanced

I booked an appointment for two new tyres and wheel appointment and arrived on time at 1pm. The two front tyres took nearly an hour to fit. The wheel alignment could not be done at the branch as the ramp not available, being occupied by a stripped vehicle awaiting a part. I was told to go to another branch at 3pm for the alignment. I asked if the branch manager could call and confirm availability at the alternative branch for 3pm. This was not done. I called ahead myself at around 230pm to check that that the wheel alignment could be carried out at 3pm as promised. Arrived at the alternative branch at 3pm to be told that their ramp was in use and that they thought that I had wanted wheel balancing not alignment! The ramp would be free in 20 minutes if I wanted to wait. I lost patience at this point and left. I called the original branch but could not get through and so finally my partner called the head office number and insisted on and got a refund for the wheel alignment that was not undertaken. Checking the tyre pressures that afternoon, prior to leaving for a half term break the next day, I discovered that the new front tyres had been put on incorrectly i.e. counter rotation. On return from our holiday I took the car to an alternative tyre fitting centre and had the front wheels swapped over so that the tyres no rotate in the correct direction. All in all a miserable, time consuming experience.

1. Booked fitting and alignment in advance, and was told on the day to go to a different store for alignment, spent all afternoon in this. 2. Tyre pressure on new tyres had 9 psi difference on either side. 3. Knowing the rear wheels needed alignment, you proceeded “to do” the front ones only as you did not have the tool for the rears, and was told to go elsewhere for the rear ones (fair enough so far). Then, various other garages told me after that if the rear ones are done, then the front ones are affected. So I had to pay for a full 4-wheel alignment again on the same day. Also, the second garage told me the front ones did not look like where worked on recently and were way out of alignment to start with. 4. Went back to Speedys to complaint for point 3, and your staff was extremely rude about this and refused doing any refunds for the alignment work that was not even done. Overall you never respected my time, money or word, and I am convinced I was scammed for the front wheel alignment.

Speedy Wheels are a fraud! I paid online for a set of rear tyres and a 2-wheel alignment (tracking) service. I just wanted the rear ones aligned as the tyres I was replacing had been worn unevenly. Anyway, I went to the appointment I booked online on the London road store, to be told then that they could replace the tyres but I had to go to a different store later that day to get the alignment done as they were fully booked (even though I booked online and as if I have nothing to do all day). Once at the Babington Lane store, they said the 2 wheel alignment I paid for was by default only for the front ones (not mentioned on the website anywhere). They measured all wheels, and confirmed that the rear wheels needed adjustment, but said that they could not adjust them (even if I paid extra) as they did not have the right tool. So they supposedly adjusted the front ones and asked me to go elsewhere for the rear ones. Called several other garages in town, and all of them stated that if the rear wheels got adjusted, the front ones had to be redone as they independent suspension on a Mini Cooper requires all four wheels to be done at once. I am a mechanical engineer, and I managed to subsequently confirm this information on the internet. Picked a garage, paid again for a 4-wheel alignment just a hour after leaving Speedys, and to make it all worst, the guys at the new garage told me the car looked as if Speedy Wheels did not even adjust the front wheels! Completely worried about Speedy's competency, I did a few checks myself and found the pressure on my new tyres were 31psi on one side and 39psi on the other. Not insignificant at all. Went back to Speedy to explain the entire situation and get a refund for the 2-wheel alignment they did not do or should have done on the first place. The guy at reception basically called me a liar, denied the work was incorrectly done and after many arguing said if I reported to head office they might consider a 50% return (completely unacceptable given they did not even touch the car for alignment). At this point I left the place, and as the door banged behind me, the same guy threatened shouting he would break my car windows! To summarise, if you have any sort of appreciation for your time, money and car, stay away from these unprofessional, disrespectful and fraudulent place.

Destroyed one tyre pressure sensor and somehow claimed my car only went in with three which would mean the pressure light would be on but it wasn’t so they broke/lost it. Take your car to somewhere better it will save you money in the long run
