“After an issue with the courier (not any fault of the Whirlpool Bath Shop) they stepped in and spoke directly with the couriers to resolve. I then needed a light fitting which they arranged very promptly and an engineer visited at a time that was suitable to me and completed the works very quickly. A very impressive level of service that you don't get much nowadays. I would definitely recommend.”

“The Product is good quality/price. As to durability I can not say because it is only just newly installed. I asked plenty of questions which were kindly responed to and the advice given was very helpful for installation. Delivery was fine although the transport company charges an extra £ 15 to deliver to London Suburbs (no Congestion Charge) - I forgot to ask, but maybe they dont charge £ 15 to deliver to Land's End.”
