“Trojan Cascade 11 jet whirlpool bath. Omg. An amazing whirlpool bath at an amazing price. Love it. Adjustable control on the jets which powerful. When I ordered they rang me to see where I wanted the controls and I changed the waste plug end too. Brilliant service. Such friendly helpful people too. This bath was stunning and looks fabulous too in my new bathroom. Totally recommend this company and their spa baths.”

“My online ordering experience with 'The Whirlpool Bath Shop' was very good. I was initially unsure which bath would suit our needs, as there are a wide variety, so I had an online chat with a customer service representative which helped a lot and from this discussion I made my choice. The actual ordering/check out is a simple process ( and I'm no techno )...I had a slight issue with the delivery date, as my fitter could only come before the actual delivery was due! But after a quick phone call to 'The Whirlpool Bath Shop' they brought the delivery date forward...for a small courier charge which I was more than happy to pay, The bath was delivered on the day and time agreed, well packaged and in perfect condition. The bath is now installed and in use, I am happy with it and would recommend 'The Whirlpool Bath Shop' to anyone, especially those who may be hesitant at ordering such an item online.”

“The bath and accessories were delayed by Myself after ordering until the first week of July. We received a phone call first week of July and agreed a delivery on the Tuesday around mid morning. The delivery arrived on time and in good condition. Thank you for this. Regards Mike Butt.”

“After placing my order, I received a phone call the following day to confirm my order and additional questions were asked regarding any shower fitments as this affect where the switches are placed. Excellent customer service. A delivery date was agreed and the bath was delivered on that date. The bath is yet to be fitted so I cannot comment on the bath itself. But so far I would not hesitate to use again.”

“Very good service, bath came within a couple of days of ordering, only problem was the feet were missing. Having informed them of the missing -parts they sent out replacements and I received them two days later, as I am building a new house I have not fitted the bath yet, but am looking forward to using it.
