“After waiting nearly 2 weeks for the item, i phoned. Staff could not have been more helpful and followed it up immediately with the manufacturers as my item was coming direct from there. I then received a call to let me know what happened and was told my item would be with me in 2 days, i was doubtful about this as i live on an Island but it was. The free delivery was also a bonus as i had looked at other sites who wanted £20-40 to deliver to my address!”

“The bath was delivered on time, but comes packed on two pallets which need to be disposed of. Also, the delivery company will not enter the house, so it needs two people to unpack the bath outside as the pallets make it impossible to get the bath into the house. The company insist on checking the bath for faults such as cracks or loose pipes, but this is not easy when the bath is still on the pallets and wrapped in cling-film. The delivery driver was not prepared to wait while we unwrapped the bath and instead told us to mark the receipt as "unchecked", something the company says we should not do. However, the bath was fine when unwrapped.”

“The service was very good and professional and the delivery procedure was explained in great detail. The items were delivered on time as agreed. After delivery it was necessary for me to ask some technical details about the fitting of the products. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. My only gripe is that some trim was damaged and as yet it still hasn't been replaced. But generally the service and products are very good.”
