“Spent ages looking around online and looked in usual stores, changing our minds a couple of times before deciding to opt for a whirlpool. Found the the whirlpool bath shop and previous reviews, prices and info looked good. We ordered with no problems and someone rang to check the order with us, emailed us drawings so we could decide where to have the controls and advised us about having the shower over the bath and the best way round to have the bath. We haven't fitted it yet, but the bath looks great and will hopefully be in quite soon (hence 4 stars). Delivery was good too, we were informed of the delivery date and the bath arrived well packed on pallet and the driver was polite and helpful and was happy to wait while I checked for any obvious damage. I will update this review once we have the bathroom finished, but overall a good experience.”

“Very helpful service via email and over the phone. I went for whirlpool jets and air spa jets. The air spa is fantastic, I don't feel the whirlpool jets are that effective, and the back and foot jets are very weak. The colour changing light is great. Prompt delivery, no issues”

“I have always wanted a whirlpool bath and now I have one!! The jets hit you in all the right places, it is so relaxing and in return you get a good nights sleep. I was told that having a spa bath would be loud but not so. It is quiet enough and has a nice hum to it which is soothing. Called the company so they could explain to me exactly what I would get, they were very knowledgeable and very helpful!!! The price was fantastic in the sale.
