“Found them on Ebay and was attracted to their competitive prices so proceeded with an order which arrived on time. This company could give lessons on customer service and satisfaction as nothing was too much trouble. The sales lady called Amanda was professional, polite, knowledgeable and an absolute joy to deal with. She introduced me, to the engineer who offered sound advice on how to resilient mount the pump and bath to further reduce noise vibration as I live in upstairs flat, and implemented the advice into the construction of the bath at no extra cost. The after sales is as equally credible, and overall, I would highly recommend this company to any prospective buyer of this incredible product.”

“I ordered from eBay as the price was the best I could find for the bath I wanted. I quickly hot confirmation of my order which was followed up with a call to agree the exact specification. The spec was sent to me to sign off and the delivery date was agreed. The bath turned up on time and I was given time to inspect for damage etc. I haven't installed it yet but in terms of service these guys are faultless.”
