“As most people I had reservations about buying online. Especially someone selling an item so cheap. The old saying came to mind " if it looks too good to be true it probably is". However. We took the plunge and are happy we did. The item came quicker than expected and was amazingly packaged securely. When we opened the packaging all was relent. So had it fitted and we love it. I would have no second thoughts in rrcomendidg these people or there goods. And I thank them very much. I will be dealing with them in future for all my cleaning goods and oils as who better to deal with than the people who provide the baths”

“Despite booking an exact delivery day, it transpired that a manufacturing glitch was going to delay my bath by a few days. Panic set in as the builders were also booked to fit it. Martin and the transport company pulled out all the stops to get it here on time. Beautiful bath - love it!”

Then just turned up and moaned when no one was in then they informed me that I needed supply someone to help them off the van with as it was to heavy for the here driver !!!!!!”

Hello, sorry for the problems you experienced with delivery, the original delivery which would have been made by a tail lift vehicle was delayed in traffic, the quickest way to get it to you the following day was by van. Thank you for arranging for somebody to be onsite to assist with unloading.

“Bath was of good quality and arrived well packaged and on day as arranged. Plumber used was impressed with build quality and plumbing fitted. Both very happy with purchase,only had shower before. This has made so much difference ,being able to have a whirlpool bath as well. Really glad I found it on ebay site.”
