“Order placed on internet, very easy and straightforward. Subsequent communications for delivery arrangements all made without complication. Goods arrived on time, very well packed and in first class condition. Very good quality, bathroom suite with mood lighting on bath pre-fitted made installation run really smoothly. Would highly recommend this company.”

“STEER CLEAR!!!!!!! CHEAP RUBBISH PRODUCT AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Bought a spa bath. It was absolute rubbish! The bottom was coming away from the bath and screws had been ripped out of the frame. No matter what you did the bath was so flimsy it would not stop moving and creaking. To make matters worse, the end panel would not fit on the bath because the pump for the jets protruded out beyond the end of the bath??? Absolutely ridiculous! Contacted the "Whirlpool bath shop" but never even bother answering!!!!”

I had cause to speak to the girl at their offices and she could not have been more helpful and my (small) query was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
