“I most recent visit was not so good. Another memeber of your team was present and the service was very slow and their attitude was not that good.”

“We have had two months this year where we had no service Feb& Mar It has taken me until now end of Aug, two telephone calls and finally speaking with Stephen in the finance department dirrect to get a credit note. Having phoned back in April and speaking to your customer service desk I think that having to phone back up again and chase this not very acceptable. However speaking with Stephen he was very helpfull and shorted out the problem straight away.”

Hello Michelle Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, I am really sorry to see you only gave us 3 stars, and were unhappy with a couple of elements. As you are aware we use a subcontractor to carry out these works and were not informed of the missed services, please rest assured we vet all of our contractors to ensure we use the best of the best, and will take this up with them to ensure there are no further missed services and our usual high standards to resumes. I apologise this was not dealt with straight away and will investigate what went wrong. I am pleased to hear that has now sorted this. “Jeez looking at these other reviews I must be using another company cos I’m only giving 3 stars for price. There attendance rate is shabby, the staff can be surly. They are frustrating to deal with. Now after being messed around for 4 years I’m now looking for a new supplier.”
