“We have been with SWH for approx 9 years, customer service is always spot on. They come regularly without having to chase. Always do a great job and the staff member, Sarah is always pleasant and polite with a smile on her face and is well like by the team. Never had to return anything. “We have been with SWH for nearly 19 years and always had great service. They arrange our schedule at the beginning of the season then I don't have to think anymore about it. I have complete confidence they will arrive as scheduled and do an excellent job with no fuss, they service our campsite sanitary bins and air fresheners and are able to offer a completely flexible seasonal service. Paul Ford is now our regular person, he is always cheerful and friendly and it is so helpful to have a regular person who knows where they are going and what needs doing.”

“Although not due for monthly sanitary bins we had a problem called SWH within 5 minutes recieved call back that the bins would be emptied today. Absolutley first class service and the reason I do not hesitate to recommend using South West Hygiene. Calls get answered in super quick time and everyone who answers the phone is knowledgable.”

“We decided we needed a bin review, due to a slight change in our customer requirements. Katherine came on a scheduled pick up and was able to advise us. Within a week she arranged new labelling, and repositioned our bins for greater benefit to our customers. Thank you Katherine for your professionalism and prompt service.”

“As well as delivering outstanding service with regards to our WCs, South West Hygiene also organise the servicing of our mats which has been seamlessly handled from start to finish. We are very pleased with the quality of service from SWH, who stand out from the crowd in comparison to other well known companies. In fact, I cannot emphasise the improvement to our day to day operations enough now that we have such a great company working with us.”
