We have had two months this year where we had no service Feb& Mar
It has taken me until now end of Aug, two telephone calls and finally speaking with Stephen in the finance department dirrect to get a credit note.
Having phoned back in April and speaking to your customer service desk I think that having to phone back up again and chase this not very acceptable.
However speaking with Stephen he was very helpfull and shorted out the problem straight away.
