“We’ve only been using SW Hygiene for a short time, but they’ve already made a fantastic impression. The lady who carries out the service is immaculately presented, helpful, courteous and polite — a real credit to the company. The vans are spotless and clearly well looked after. “Service that goes above and beyond - that is rare to find. Continuously delivering a high standard, always professional and respectful. Very responsive, flexible and accommodating. “We recently had a sani bin installed in our ladies’ toilets and are very pleased with the service. Within an hour of making the enquiry we had a call back with pricing. Once pricing was agreed the installation was quick (2 working days) and carried out professionally with minimal disruption. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly.”

“We have used SWH for a number of years now. When I took on my role here I did discover that we had been overcharged for quite some time. On speaking to the office it was swiftly sorted out and we were reimbursed in part for the oversight. We do sometimes get missed collections but, again, when this happens, the office is always professional (Karen is our contact) and will sort out another collection if needed.”
