“very patient with my elderly mother, removed wax from her ears and showed her how to insert her hearing aid correctly”

“It was a very positive experience from the beginning. The receptionist, Michelle, was friendly and put me at ease. The audiologist, Rob Davis, was extremely helpful and took time to listen to the problems I was experiencing with my Protect Hear ear plugs and suggested ways forward. A very professional service, leaving me feeling much more confident. Thank you.”

“I had been having some discomfort in my right ear. After an examination it was found that I had a build up of wax in both ears. Mr Davies cleaned and removed this wax and I feel so much better. I was seen quickly and efficiently and shown the progress of each stage on his laptop.”

“Dave Clark saw me immediately. He took my details and history of my ear problem then explained what he would do. He examined both ears and I was able to see what he saw on a screen. He advised what I should use to prepare the wax for removal and also how I can take care of my ears to prevent build up of wax in the future..”

“This was my first visit to SE Hearing Care Centre in Horsham. Right from the start I found a friendly and caring atmosphere. Rob Davies took time to fully explain the causes of my problem and the proposed microsuction treatment. The procedure itself was conducted in a most professional and caring manner accompanied by before and after photographs. I received excellent care from both Heather on the front desk and Rob and will most certainly use their services again and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.”
