“I received excellent treatment from friendly and skilled staff.”

“Rob was very attentive to myself & my blocked ears. He took the time to show me the problem, discuss the solutions & how he knew a good job had been done. I was impressed that I was able to see this with the camera so I knew what had been done had actually been done. (Previously I had to trust the word of someone who possibly hadn't done everything they said they had)”

“What an efficient, professional and friendly service. I needed wax removal from my left ear which started with a thorough examination and photographs of both my ear canals. Following suctioning another photo was taken, followed by water dripped into my ear. Another photo and all was clear. £90.00 well spent, thank you.”
