Rob was very attentive to myself & my blocked ears. He took the time to show me the problem, discuss the solutions & how he knew a good job had been done.
I was impressed that I was able to see this with the camera so I knew what had been done had actually been done. (Previously I had to trust the word of someone who possibly hadn't done everything they said they had)
