I love the software but ways to buy the software are scattered everywhere on the website. Making it more difficult to buy it.

I enjoy their software since it enables me to get a decent sound in my bedroom studio that would otherwise require a lot of acoustic treatment. Also the new features in the SoundID app for indivualisation work great. However, there are still some minor bugs to be worked out when talking of the reliability thats why only 4 Stars :)

I had a little problems with paying so I had to try it multiple times but on the end it worked. But otherwise whole process feels smooth.

Easy download and activation. Software has worked well in my DAWs and with browser, Amazon Music, and work Zoom calls too. I have recommended this to friends, musicians or music-lovers, maybe too obsessively, but hey, it has been one of those things that improves my sonic world immensely. Thanks

Have made meticuluous comparison of the sum of their utilities to the rest of the market - headphone correction, studio monitors correction, and now the studio/spaces virtualisation software, in my opinion their product have far more clarity and clear picture than the rest. Highly suggest.

I've been using the software for a few weeks now and it's been a fantastic experience using SoundID. I have a multiple sets of headphones and with SoundID I feel much more comfortable using them for editing and mixing. Having the options to quickly check how mixes with translate on different systems such as laptops and phones is great considering how often people are using those devices as their main media devices. The only thing I'd recommened would be if even more headphone models could be modeled, for example I have a pair of Beyerdynamic 880 Pro headphones but they are the 600 Ohm model and only the 250 Ohm is available on the list. But other than that it's amazing software that I'm glad I purchased.

I purchased Sound Id Refence last year after trying it with my Adam A7v's. Using the desktop app I was able to navigate to the website to unlock the full license. I haven't had any issues finding any of the updates or add ons. Once purchased each licenses is added to my account using my email.

I always tell people that Sonarworks singlehandedly pushes my home studio to professional standards. Extremely useful and user-friendly. I would recommend it even for someone that's just using their setup for music listening. I recommend you add the possibility of calibrating multiple subwoofer setups. Whether dual stereo or mono subwoofers in spacial amd frequency diversity.

Very good product, works as it should. Very fast and flexible response from the support center. I used the omniva to get the mic and everything was fine. I had a lot of information about the product before I bought it because the people at sonarworks do a lot of cool things in sound fields and recommend their product and share information about it outside of work. Very easy to use microphone for calibration, because you have info how to do it for people who never done it.

Been a Sonarworks user for quite som years now. Works great. Giving that neutrality in the listening experience I need. Just make my final mixes translate a lot better.

Although I have used this in studios I finally made the jump to use it in my home studio and can't believe I took so long to utilize such great software!

When I first bought the software and measuring microphone I was sceptical and did not know what to expect but I should have known better. There is a reason that professional engineers recommend Sonarworks. It is because the software delivers on what is promised. I am just starting out as a mixing and mastering engineer so making this kind of investment was a big step for me and so worth it. Not only was it easy to determine which software was right for me, but paying and tracking was on point. I knew when to expect my package and received it as promised. Sonarworks makes it easy to do business with them and that counts for a lot.

I downloaded the demo and it just worked. If i knew about VSX before, i might have went with that option as it has many more room simulations. Hopefully, Sonarworks will add additional rooms and templates. at the end of the day, it does what it's supposed to be doing.

Sonarworks has been a lifesaver for me the past few years as I've been constantly moving around the country and needing to work in far less than ideal spaces. I've relied very heavily on the room and headphone calibration software and have seen very good results with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone working with audio.

I rate Sonarworks with a 10/10. Outstanding customer service with quick responses. The program's exceptional performance led me to purchase every version, including the microphone. I use it on my speakers and headphones daily, making it a spectacular investment. The VST program included with Sonarworks enhances the review. It ensures that music produced in my DAW sounds just like the reference tracks after rendering and compiling into a file. This feature adds another layer of precision to the overall experience, making Sonarworks an even more valuable investment.

I was trapped in a circle of confusion before I got Sonarworks SoundID Reference. The tonal balance differences between my monitors and various headphones left me unable to tell up from down. Or rather, how much was the right about of bass, treble, and mids. SoundID Reference gave me a sound I could trust. The varied peaks and valleys in my monitors & headphones were neutralized. Suddenly there was a consistency in my mixes and I had fewer surprises when played elsewhere. I own a variety of studio headphones and Sonarworks makes them all sound about the same, and they are consistent with my calibrated monitors. That tells me I can trust SoundID Reference. There's also a variety of TVs, laptops, cell phones, monitors (NS10s Mixcubes!) to check your mix on. But what really made headphone mixing great for me was the addition of Virtual Monitoring. This puts your headphone mix in a "room", and once you get used to it your mixes translate even better. "Getting used to" SoundID Reference is easy because there's a really good systemwide driver. That means you can hear everything consistently, whether you're using the plugin in your DAW or the systemwide driver to hear Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, etc. Speaking of the plugin - it offers zero latency mode, mixed, and linear phase. Mixed is a happy balance between the two, but I usually keep it on zero latency. You can also add your own custom EQ adjustments, but it's better than other EQs because you're starting from a flat/neutral sound. The app gets regular updates, so you know it's maintained well, and I haven't experienced any bugs or issues. The calibration process with the microphone is brilliant -- it uses a sonar-like process to know where you're standing in the room with a single mic. It's not complicated -- it guides you through the process and it almost feels like a game. I have nice monitors, but I tested the calibration on a pair of affordable bookshelf speakers and I was shocked at how well it worked. Sonarworks can even make a pair of consumer speakers usable for mixing if that's all you have. But most importantly, once I got used to it -- my problems with mix translation were over, and I could finally set my bass & treble levels with confidence. Thanks, Sonarworks.
