“The upgrade process was very easy and the software has worked very well for me. I work in a room that cannot be acousticaly treated and had stopped mixing due to the frustration of not having a good reference. Since using the Sound ID app and microphone, I can now compensate and am getting very good results. When I did run into a problem, my question was answered quickly and accurately.”

“Previously owned Sonarworks Reference 4 and had generally favorable results but preferred minimal correction. Upgraded to an Atmos system a few years ago and recently ugpraded my interface to a Sonarworks compatible unit and WOW this is the first time my home Atmos room has sounded so unified. I've had loads of manually calibrated setups in here trying to find the best option, but nothing sounded as good or worked as seamlessly as Sonarworks Multichannel loaded onto the DSP of my Audient Oria. The room sings now and instead of feeling like placements between speakers result in a bit of signal coming out of multiple speakers, there's now a phantom image between all of my speakers that is SO incredible. At my job we have 3x GLM tuned rooms that each were just shy of $70k with treatment and they honestly don't sound as good as my Sonarworks calibrated room - hugely impressed with the improvement.”

“We found out about Sound ID Ai from one of your emails since I'm already a Sonarworks Reference client. And we thought that since we can sign but do not like our timber of our voices, that this tool could add to our music production. After many test on multiple compositions, we really like what's it doing, the number of different voices adds a lot to our music. We even sent out a request for a voice that would lean more towards heavy rock / metal genre! Super great product Sonarworks, love it!”

“I got SoundID for headphones when it first came out some 10 years ago. I traveled a lot and needed to be able to mix stuff in the locations I was passing through. It did the job and I was able to get good mixes from just a laptop, interface, SoundID and a pair of non-calibrated HD600s. So much so, that when I returned to UK I got rid of my studio - including my top-of-the-line focals. Fast forward a few years and I'm using just my trusty HD600s (now 20 years old), soundID and an SSL MKII 32 BIT interface. The virtual monitoring add-on is a great addition that improves the quality of the product. I also use Goodhertz Can-openers and would like to see something like this integrated into SoundID. IMHO in 25 years of professional audio production, SoundID is certainly 'S-tier' and in the top 5 most useful plugins I have ever used. The freedom it gives is perfect for me. Also, I've never had to contact support - which is certainly a plus! I will say that I find the update and licensing system a little convoluted and I don't recommend using it systemwide if on a Mac - always causes me problems. But these are minor bugs. 10/10 I look forward to seeing where this product goes in the days to come.”

“Sonarworks integration into the UAD Console monitoring section is incredible. With the Apollo X6 Gen2, I'm able to mix through Sonarworks multichannel room eq correction to get my 5.1 surround setup aligned and sounding top notch in this space. Being able to do this on the Apollo's DSP is a huge time saver and an even bigger load taken off of my cpu. I'm also able to simultaneously run a Sonarworks calibration profile through the headphone outputs making this an overall game changer. THANK YOU SONARWORKS AND UNIVERSAL AUDIO!!!”
