“The purchase in the store was easy - no problem. The FedEx shipment of the microphone was not so good as they temporarily lost the shipment which caused a delay. The knowledge website of Sonarworks is excellent and the calibration manual is also done very good.”

“The overall impression is that we're dealing with a professional team, with a focus on the best customer experience. The product is easy to use and robust on the Windows platform, and no issues were found in 1 year of usage. There seems to be some consistency in sound rendition when it comes to different headphones - in particular the level of the high mids-treble region. It may be due to the different sound pressure levels I use for the comparison and because the software does not yet compensate for this.”

“I have demoed various other software systems and the Sonarworks suite was by far the best. Being able to demo the software before purchase is a real advantage and I was not disappointed with the enhancement it has made to my music and indeed efficient use of my time while recording and setting up a premix. The purchase was very straightforward and I would highly recommend this software to other musicians, sound engineers and producers looking for a realistic sound while mixing on headphones. Customer support on installation was quick and efficient.”

Unfortunately, it might be due to the lack of information for a more streamlined troubleshooting process or it might have required some time for a better understanding. “Grabbed it during the BF offer. Definitely worth it's money and super easy installation. I use Sennheiser HD600 and it's crazy how I never noticed that my Subbass was always way too loud. After applying the Headphone profile it was soo obvious. Already after using it on just 1 song I can easily tell how much my mixing improved lol.”
