“I own a couple of Sonarworks products. The multichannel SoundID with the calibration mic, which I use to calibrate my room EQ and delay compensation for an ATMOS 7.1.4 setup. Works great by the way! Only waiting for the update to be able to set at system sound and reference ATMOS mixes in Apple Music and Tidal. I also own the Sennheiser HD650 calibrated headphones. Work great to check my stereo mixes and they are a joy to listen to any reference stereo tracks.”

“I start using a trial period and from the beggining all was always clear and easy. The plug in is intuitive and all you need to start to use it is here : clear interface and graphs. I didn't use the Support Center but they send me regularly messages about the need of assistance.”

“The upgrade from Reference 4 to Sound ID Referenc is definitely worth it. The installation goes smoothly and there are useful additions to the software (see the Sonarworks website for more details). “I ordered the Sennheiser HD 650 headphones + individual calibration (upgrading from ATH M50x) as I wanted something open-back and wanted to see what the hype was about. 5 days later I received the headphones and loaded the profile into Sonarworks (via a small number sticker on the cable). I was then presented with a visual of the headphones' raw frequency response curve which was not flat with an early drop-off around 80hz, a wide lift at 150hz, and some wonkiness in the highs. Toggling the curve correction on/off, I was shocked by the difference. The balancing works great and I prefer using it while mixing. I can work faster with confidence which is crucial to my creative process as I compose and mix simultaneously. I need to work fast to prevent the tune from growing stale to my ears while composing which has happened far too often using inferior monitoring solutions. Sonarworks is a useful tool that compliments my unorthodox workflow nicely.”

“I was trialling SoundID and keen to upgrade because of the new listening profiles feature, however I was encountering some errors. The support team patiently worked with me to resolve these and I eventually discovered that it was my own error; so they were especially patient to be going through fault logs etc!”

“First of all, thanks to sonarwork, I am a user of soundid, but also a user of ADAM A4V monitors, after a period of use, I think sound id should add phase calibration and pulse correspondence and other functions, which will be more helpful for professional users!”
