“As a owner of soundID, I was interested in trialing the virtual monitoring addon but that was difficult to find the correct webpage for activating the trial. Eventually I found it and from there it was no problem. After activating the trial the plugin in the daw did not want to activate until restarting my entire computer. I found a small bug in the software and I reported it to customer support. Even there is no timeline for a fix, Kārlis was very helpful and straight forward which I appreciate a lot.”

“I used Reference for my headphones as insert in the Cubase Control Room for years and recently switched to Sound ID. Instalation and setup was easy and quick. My most used heaphones are AKG K-712 and and K-371. Sound ID improves clarity quite a bit. I'm very happy with my phines and SoundID. I made a mistake with the upgrade but Kärlis from the service team helped me out quickly and nicely.”

“A friend recommended the SoundID Reference to me and it was super easy to download and install. The trial period is just perfect to find out if it is for you or not. No risk, all reward! One little thing I would love for the plugin: a quick pop-up message if I'm about to bounce my session and the plugin is still enabled ;)”

“Sonarworks is a great package. It is easy to setup, and it runs quietly in the background while I bang away on my DAW. I also love that there are different settings than just flat. The shopping experience was great as well. I knew exactly what my options were, and I was able to make an informed purchase right away. I haven't needed to use the support center so I can't really comment on that except to say that I haven't needed to use the support center.”
