“Mi experiencia con Sonarworks ha sido muy positiva. El proceso de compra fue claro y rápido, y antes de comprar encontré fácilmente toda la información necesaria sobre los productos, compatibilidad y resultados esperados. Después de la compra, el acceso a guías, tutoriales y documentación fue igual de sencillo, lo que facilitó mucho la instalación y el uso. El Centro de Soporte respondió de forma ágil y profesional cuando tuve una consulta, con explicaciones claras y soluciones prácticas. Como recomendación, quizá podrían centralizar aún más algunos recursos avanzados en un solo lugar para usuarios nuevos, pero en general la experiencia es excelente. Sin duda recomendaría Sonarworks a cualquier persona que busque una mejora real y confiable en la precisión de su sonido.”

“I purchased SoundID Reference (Education version) to improve the reliability of my monitoring, and it absolutely delivers. Before buying, it was easy to find all relevant information about features, calibration workflows, and hardware requirements. The Education verification process was straightforward - submitting proof and getting approval was quick and hassle-free. After purchase, setup was smooth and the software is largely intuitive to use. I did not need to contact the Support Centre, so I can’t comment on response quality, but the available documentation covered everything I needed. One recommendation for improvement concerns the speaker calibration process. When working with a mic stand, a user-controlled “press to measure next point” option would help avoid handling noise and make the workflow more relaxed. Additional options to better describe complex room situations (such as sloped ceilings or temporary absorbers behind the listening position) would also be very welcome. Overall, SoundID Reference is a major upgrade for mix decisions - especially on headphones - though it cannot replace proper room treatment. One important reminder worth emphasizing during onboarding: always bypass the plugin before final export to avoid printing the correction into the mix.”

“I was researching options to 'enhance' my own lead vocals. Many options out there with different approaches and pricing. Decided to 'try' SoundID and liked how I could build upon my vocal tracks and not replace them. Still learning about the other Sonarworks products.”

“Only complaint is that I found the process of applying for an educational discount and buying the edu version a little confusing. Otherwise great experience with Sonarworks (for headphones is the only version I’ve tried.) Have not been in contact with support.”

“The products I have a great. The virtual monitoring add-on has significantly impact my mixing and mastering process with better translation checks for cars, phones, etc compared with just using EQ correction. I did find that purchasing just the base add-on was a little challenging. There were many options (pro, pro with mic, etc) and it wasn't entirely clear what was add-on and what was upgrade from my existing product. The add-on was somehow not an upgrade - which threw me completely. I eventually used the price as the determining factor in sorting which path was correct, since I was looking for the smallest upgrade. It has since also helped when using the plugin to "disable options I do not own" in settings, once I found that button that is! I think the website needs to be clearer - at the moment it points everything in virtual monitoring towards Pro with such bias it has masked all the basic stuff (basic products, not basic tech - the product is great!). I'm struggling to describe what I mean, no surprise its difficult to communicate the options for you.”

“My experience with Sonarworks has been excellent from start to finish. The website made it easy to find all the information I needed before purchasing, with clear explanations of the products and setup process, and the checkout experience was smooth and straightforward. After the purchase, the Support Centre was well organized and helpful, providing clear guides and resources that answered my questions quickly, and when I did reach out for support, the response was prompt and professional. Overall, the entire experience felt intuitive and polished, and the only improvement I’d suggest is adding a few more real-world setup examples or short video walkthroughs for different studio or DJ workflows.”

“I only had good experiences so far with all the products. Custumer support is excellent too. All my problems were sorted out in hours. Now the software is flawless and the add-ons are pricless. “I recently bought SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones, Apollo Monitor Correction and Virtual Monitoring Add-on. The setup was a breeze. The instructional guides, videos, and articles were all clear and easy to follow. I especially love how simple it is to switch between profiles—it’s quickly become an essential part of my workflow. “I love this. As an engineer, room acoustics and monitors come first. I was skeptical about soundid, and while it won’t fix your room, without it I dont think I would have gotten Diamond Ears on soundgym!”
