“The homepage was a bit confusing at first – I had to click around quite a bit to find the right product. After I bought the Headphone Version of SoundID Reference, I tried to install it, but it didn’t work right away. There was an issue during installation that required me to manually create a folder, as I kept getting an error message. Once I solved that, I was quickly able to find my specific headphones and load the VST into my Cubase DAW on the stereo output. From there, everything worked fine.”

“It wasn't immediately obvious how to contact customer service for a problem I had after purchase, and I think surfacing the customer service contact could be improved. That said, once I contacted customer service, I received a timely response and professional help. Great customer service and I'm happy with my purchase.”

“I had a couple of problems with asio drivers but after a few clicks it was up and running. The change in response is great with this room correction software. I wouldn’t be without it.”

“My audio dealer once recommended Sonarworks so I could experience the difference when mixing. He invited me to a demo, and I was amazed. Back then, I only mixed in 2.0. The difference was heaven-sent. I recently upgraded my home studio to 5.1 and bought the software update without a second thought. The projects I've worked on have been perfect, thanks in large part to having my system calibrated with Sonarworks. 100% recommended.”
