“My experience with Sonarworks has been genuinely excellent. The shopping process was smooth, and it was very easy to find all the information I needed both before and after the purchase. The website clearly explained what each license does, and the setup steps were straightforward. After installing it, the difference was immediate — my headphones sound phenomenal. I’m using Sonarworks together with my UAD Apollo interface, and the integration works flawlessly. Everything feels clean, balanced, and far more reliable for mixing. Overall, a fantastic product and a great user experience from start to finish.”

“I just recently purchased the "Kids Voices" expansion pack. The download was easy to perform and everything worked accordingly. Plus, Sonarworks has continued to add functions to their already amazing SoundID VoiceAI product.”

“It would be useful to be able to download recording studio profiles and upload them to a community for sharing recording studio profiles, or for Sonarworks to provide the option of choosing pre-loaded recording studio profiles in the software to give the user a product that is ready to use with headphones, without necessarily having to profile an existing recording studio, either their own or that of acquaintances.”

“My experience had great things and things that could be improved: When it comes to the shopping experience it was very easy and the early bird discount was very appreciated. When it comes to finding all the information... not so well with this product especifically. Like in my case I did as much research as I could in the web and in the FAQ section but couldn't find some information that for me was decisive. Then support lead me to a post that talked about it that wasn't in the main FAQ so something to keep in mind. My experience with the support centre couldn't be any better, honestly. Marco is literally like the perfect support person, you feel heard, he genuinely cares and spends time with each case and he's always extremely helpful, and because of persons like him, I feel even more attached to the company and like I want to pay back for such treatment. Please keep your support centre as amazing as these past years! They do a lot!”

“Sonarwork is simply a warranty! When I tried your products I heve been simply amazed about how much simple they are to use. I decided to buy the new Virual monitoring PRO as a "closed Box" without waiting any review on You Tube , because I believed in advance that a great job would be made by your company,and also because the teaser on your website was very clear . My expectations have been fully satisfied and above! Support centre is also great. I had an issue and they communicate with me very fast.”

“A Studio Essential with a Smooth User Journey ! SoundID Reference has truly been a game-changer for my audio consumption, providing a level of customisation that I didn't have before. My shopping experience was excellent; the website is clean and effortlessly guides you to the correct product tier, whether you need just headphone calibration or the full studio speaker setup with the measurement microphone. Before purchasing, I found all the necessary information regarding compatibility and the measurement process easily accessible, which removed any hesitation about investing. The Student status verification was smooth and rather fast. Post-purchase, the installation and setup were equally smooth. The step-by-step walkthrough for measuring the room is foolproof. While I haven't had a critical technical issue requiring direct contact with the support team, I have utilized their extensive online Help Centre and knowledge base during setup, which answered all my questions immediately. My only recommendation would be to perhaps make the distinction between the standalone app and the DAW plugin a bit clearer during the initial onboarding phase for newcomers. Otherwise, it is a flawless ecosystem that I highly recommend.”
