“Super quick delivery for quality items”

“I purchased the weights bench for my husband. The product is excellent and he is delighted. It is really sturdy and the sort of bench you would get in a gym - it is really solid and does not shuffle around and the weights slot in nicely underneath. The weights are comfortable to hold. It is - understandably - very heavy so i would strongly recommend the wheel option because once you have taken the weights off, it can be moved relatively easily by one person with the wheels. Without them you would need two fairly strong people to move it. The service provided by the company was great and Jonny tried his level best to answer all my questions and help me when the delivery man failed to pitch up. It is important to know that the kit arrives in VERY HEAVY boxes, which are lifted onto your front drive or doorstep but not carried inside. I am quite old and not very strong so i enlisted the help of a neighbour to get them into the house - it is a two man job. But once in place it was fine. The delivery was not suoer smooth which is the only reason i took off one star. To be honest i think it might have been a problem with the agent Solo use and to his credit Jonny did try and chase them and find out what was going on. But over all i would strongly recommend the product and the company.”

“What can I say? Well somehow Alan took our crazy ideas and made them to reality. The whole process has been amasing. We converted a car showroom into a Gym....fully functional and absolutely exquiste. The install/set up team are amazing...it is beyond a white glove service. We had issues with the height of the ceiling but Solo Fitness team were able to customize everything to fit. I am not sure of any other way I could recommend these guys other than to say if you go else where you must be crazy! Thanks to the solo fitness team for making my wife smile...she doesn't smile often but she is smiling now as am I!”

“Not much to say about the product, except it does exactly what its designed to do. It fits well with our home gym and has a good finishing coat to protect the metal. The main area I would like to highlight is the customer service. On delivery I noticed a small defect and difficulty fitting my dumbells. Upon contacting the helpline, they immediately identified the problem and set into motion a replacement that arrived shiftly, along with arranging the pickup of the orignal product. These things occasionally can happen but it was the kind and understanding efficiency in resolving the issue that stoodout to me and made me want to share my experience.”

“Nice product but the business isn’t managed or established enough to provide adequate service levels. Items should not take 6 weeks to be delivered and I shouldn’t need to assemble them myself. Very disappointed.”

“The only downside in the design of the storage bench used for incline press is that there us no pivot on the seat to angle the seat so you don't slide off when dumbbell pressing heavy weights. Other than that. A good quality design.”

“This equipment is really bespoke and idea for my home gym, very tough and also looks beautiful. Solo sourced me other items with there expertise which are really well suited. They provided a design service to help with space planning.they also Arranged for delivery overseas. The service and quality of items are all first class”

“Unfortunately I cannot give more than a one star at present due to the fact I still haven't received my order one week on....Order no #SOLO2557. I sent an email on Friday 1st March at 7.09am to ask if someone could at least chase up my order and contact me back the same day and no one has bothered regardless that you are open from 8.30-5.30. Customer service was none existent due to no response to my email very dissatisfied and I can't comment on the item ordered as it hasn't arrived.”
