“My review is based on customer service as I have yet to own a pair of Sole Bliss. I received my order and loved all the styles unfortunately I had to exchange them due to sizing. When I received the exchange the shoes felt amazing!!!! I did have an issue with the quality of both pairs as there was a scuff on the top and some peeling on the heel of the other pair. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and provide options. They were very friendly and apologetic of the concerns. I ended up returning them and will repurchase once my size is available again.”

“The online service was excellent. I had to change to another model but they arrived promptly and the payment was dealt with efficiently. They were purchased to wear as a perfect match to my dress and jacket at my grandson's wedding which is not until 26 Sept 2025. Unfortunately I am now suffering with swollen ankles so am hoping the shoes will still fit for the wedding!”

“I just bought my first two pairs of Sole Bliss and am so impressed! Really comfortable to wear, even with a bunion. I love my Mint Hero trainers and the Sadie sandals are going to be so useful this summer - the sunflower colourway is perfect.”

“I bought a pair of Sole Bliss court shoes following operations on both my feet. I needed shoes that didn't put pressure on the side of my big toes. They are very stylish for formal events. Although they were comfortable initially, I didn't give 5 stars because my feet did hurt after a few hours. But that may be because the shoes need a longer wearing-in time. I am willing to persevere because they are so attractive.”

“Life changing ( for me)! Having discovered Sole Bliss just 2 months ago, I now have 3 pairs of gorgeous and comfortable shoes. Having bunions and painful arthritis, I can only wear supportive trainers, until now. Being able to wear stylish and extremely comfortable shoes now means I can wear whatever I want again without clumpy trainers ruining the look of an outfit. I am hooked!”

“Beautiful quality shoes, stylist and comfortable- a rare combination! The delivery is very fast, refunds are promptly processed and the customer care team are excellent. Only drawback is the variation in sizing across the range. Although Sole Bliss do flag this up I now have a Ruby sandal in Size 38 but my lovely Paloma courts are 41. I’m usually a 39.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes for my holiday. They are gorgeous and so comfy. As I wasn’t sure on the size, I ordered a second pair, which I was able to quickly and easily return. Very helpful member of staff gave advice. I will definitely use Sole Bliss in the future and have already recommended them to my friends with “difficult” feet. Thank you!”
