“I bought a pair of heeled boots, a pair of long boots and a pair of trainers from Sole Bliss. I kept the long boots, which are the first pair of shoes that I can wear without my physio-provided insoles for bunions. Like the first pair in about 15 years. Little to no bunion pain and NO INSOLE! Amazing stuff. They also look and feel expensive and lovely, except for the huge piece of elastic at the back for different calf sizes. I can understand why they do it, but for something that expensive I would have preferred a full leather boot. Either way I can't see the back when I'm wearing them, so I'm happy. I love them. However... I returned the ankle boots because, unlike the long boots, they looked and felt cheaper. You could see the carboard structure of the shoe through the thin leather. I worried that they would wear quite quickly. I just expected more for a shoe this pricey. The trainers that were my size were HUGE. I exchanged for a smaller size after being recommended to by Sole Bliss on the phone. After feeling assured by their staff, and having the smaller shoe fit me at home for several days, I wore them outside. BIG MISTAKE. After about an hour, they were killing me at the bunion!! It turns out that the special bunion flex panel is positioned based on the correct shoe size for your foot and not adapted for these trainers due to them being extra large. So these smaller trainers which physically fit my foot, had the bunion stretch panel nowhere near my bunion - which was rubbing against the seam and feeling the pressure of the shoe a day. Something I could only tell from the pain of walking on hard ground. Anyway, they apparently don't accept any returns whatsoever for shoes you wear even on a wood floor, let alone outside. So I had to sell them at a £50 loss on ebay. I would recommend them just for the miracualous long boots, and I'll try some of their heels. But don't get any item from them that says you need to buy a size up or size down - trust me. Also, as a specialist shoe company for people who really struggle with finding anything that doesn't hurt them - they should really exhibit some more flexibility with returns. Especially for the high high price. Vionics allows retruns for a month after wearing!”

“Finally, a pair of shoes that I can wear all day without any discomfort. I bought a pair of the Lara style in navy suede. Beautiful soft suede leather and a true navy colour. Very stylish as I wanted them to complete my wedding guest outfit. It would be great if there were styles with a heel height between the 4mm and flat heels to give a small lift in height. True, they are expensive, but worth the price tag for all day comfort and style!”

“I think the shoes are very comfortable, especially for someone who may be on their feet for many hours. On my most recent pair though the top of the shoe started to come off. I have only worn the pair a few times so I am not sure how this happened as I have not had that issue before.”

“I am so pleased to find such a wide selection of stylish and high-quality shoes, boots and trainers for "problem" feet. Since I had an operation on my foot I have really struggled to find shoes which are comfortable and stylish - Sole Bliss really fits the bill. I almost cried with joy when I found heels which I can wear all day. No more "granny shoes" for me.”

“Very impressed with Sole Bliss & their shoes. I suffer with a prominent Tailors Bunion on my left foot & find even wide-fit enclosed shoes a problem. By chance I found Sole Bliss online & contacted their Customer Service department for advice on their sizing. An extremely helpful service! I purchased the Hero Navy Snake trainers & I am delighted with them - the material is soft, the foot sole is soft, smooth & the zip (quite stiff at first) is now easy to use with regular use. Walking in these is very comfortable & they look great with trousers & jeans. Yes, they are expensive, but they are made very well, the design is exceptional for folks with 'difficult feet' & am thrilled to have found great comfort with an enclosed trainer. I will be looking at work shoes next, knowing I can trust this company. Thank you so much!”

“These are the best shoes I have ever bought. I have problem feet, they always hurt, and the pandemic has meant that I'm home a lot with crocs on. Not the best way to introduce feet to dressy shoes! My daughter asked me the other day how my feet were after her wedding this past weekend, and I was surprised to find that I hadn't thought about them at all. Lots of dancing and lots of conversations on my feet for hours and hours, and my feet were fine! I think this is the first time my feet have not hurt me at all in many years. I will be looking for more shoes on Sole Bliss very soon!”

“Do not go gentle into that good night. Just because I have bunions doesn't mean I've given up on wearing beautiful shoes. I ordered 2 pairs of the Kitty style heels and ordered a half size too big. “I ordered a pair of shoes and after trying them on a few times decided to keep them. However, before a holiday I put them on again and realised that after around 20 minutes my toes were numb. I decided to speak to Sole Bliss and I am delighted to say that they accepted them back. On their advice, I tried another style and I'm so glad I did as an alternative design suited my broad feet and deep toes much better.”
