“I ordered my first pair of Sole Bliss shoes and have no doubt more orders will follow. The order and delivery process was simple and effective, shoes arrived well packed with a cloth shoe bag - great for travelling! Shoes worn several times already - very comfortable!”

“My shoes look lovely. The only criticism I have is they came with a “buy your normal size” message. With other wide food ranges I tend to go for a 5 and a half but I wish I had gone for a 6 ( ie my normal size for a shoe not offering a wide option)”

“I have longed to wear high heels again for a long time, however with my problem feet it seemed like a distant dream…I was so happy to find Sole Bliss- the Pandora pumps are beautiful and supportive- they are worth every penny. “I now have 3 pairs of trainers the Sprint in navy and black and the Hero in white. First off they look amazing very modern and stylish and then the fit wow they are divine. I have various problems with my feet and they cater for them all. They are lovely and wide without looking like they are and the cushioned footbed is fantastic for anyone with a Mortons Neuroma. I changed the laces in the navy and black to white and they look so much better I wish white laces had been included as well. Sorry here comes the negative stuff I received 3 pairs of faulty trainers, two with wonky fronts and the other pair where the outside at the ankle was higher on one trainer than the other. I sent 3 e mails including photos to customer service and never got a reply to any of them. When I phoned the rather snooty customer service girl said "They are hand made if you are not happy return them for a refund" Not what you want to hear when you have paid nearly £200 for each pair. I told her I loved them and just wanted a perfect pair. After I received the exchanges I sent a thank you e mail to customer service and never even got a reply to that one. It is a great pity I had this experience please don't let it put you off buying from Shoe Bliss I may have just been unlucky. It certainly won't put me off buying more as long as the quality checks are stepped up.”

“I just purchased my first pair of Sole bliss tennis shoes a few weeks ago & they are so comfortable! I have very severe bunions that barely bother me if I am wearing good shoes. It's just always a challenge to find shoes that fit, so I am so glad that I discovered Sole Bliss!”

“It’s extremely difficult to find shoes for bunions. So when I found Sole Bliss online I was excited. I found the shoes just a tad bit wider than American wide shoes; so disappointing. While the shoes are beautiful and stylish, they still hurt my bunion. To top it off the sole is very hard; just a little bit of padding in the bottom. For the price of the shoes, I would not recommend them for real bunion sufferers.”

“I have ordered shoes 3 times but unfortunately I seemed to have ordered shoes abit too tight. With this in mind though I find your returns excellent and very quick to exchange. Just need to find the right shoe for my bunion though. The first pair of trainers were very comfortable and only sent back because I thought a shoe would be better for my work. I may have to reorder them again!”

“I was disappointed to find that there is nothing in the trainers for over pronation. It is in the flats and loafers. The shoe which l bought was a Harley Denim size 7. It's too small and l need an 8. The over pronation pad is not put in trainers for some reason. They are well made shoes. I will get a size 8 loafer which should have OP in it. Very soft shoes.”

“I love my Hero sneakers. They are very comfortable and give me a little extra height. The only reason I gave a four star instead of five is that the first time I wore them it was for a day walking in a city and the bottoms got very dirty and were impossible to clean even with a small brush and the side sole near the back started to have a little bit of the sole getting worn off - little pieces of the bottom layer of the sole was wearing off.”
