“I am in the US, so my challenge was trying to get the correct size the first time, to eliminate the need for costly returns/exchanges. I cannot wait until there's a Sole Bliss presence in the US, or some sort of free return shipping option. I ordered a pair of the sling-back open toe suede heels to wear to a wedding next week, so I've not worn them yet. But they fit extremely well, are very well made and look terrific. I wear a US size 9 and typically a European size 39.5. I ordered the size 40 and they are not too big. I would love to have several more pairs!”

“I needed a pair of shoes for work that didn't hurt my feet. Somehow these shoes give my feet plenty of room for my bunions without looking particularly wide. I love the fact that they look elegant and smart while at the same time are super comfortable. I can wear them all day pain-free - thank you!”

“I suffer from Arthritis in my feet which can be extremely painful. I stumbled upon Sole Bliss by accident however what a fabulous find. Ordered my first pair of shoes and to my delight they are extremely comfortable. For the first time in a long long time I was able to ware shoes all day. Money well spent a fantastic addition to my wardrobe.”

“The shoes are a great design for bunions. I used the printed sizing image and went up a half size for the style as suggested, but unfortunately after wearing a couple of times I realise I probably needed a size larger rather than half a size, as they do unfortunately pinch at the toe after walking for a while. They are however well made and fit nicely around the bunions. The sling back strap stays in place and they look good.”

“These shoes came promptly, nicely packaged, but unfortunately at first they looked well fitting but then the leather was so soft the bunion on my right foot looked even bigger, the pointed toes made my feet look long but they were very comfortable. I put them away and decided to think about them my husband said they were hideous so I decided to send them back. As I was packing them up I noticed a mark on the leather so polished it but the dye came off I then noticed that the shoe leather was stretched all over the place and they were no longer in the condition that they were in when they arrived. I have tried them on several times since and have to admit that although they are good quality they look awful and will probably never wear them.”

Hi Verity, thanks for your feedback. We use only the softest leathers and suedes to craft our shoes so that they can comfortably accommodate bunions of all shapes and sizes without squeezing them. “I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and wide feet and have in recent years found it more difficult to wear heels, disappointing when you want to look dressed for a formal occasion, nice dress and sensible shoes don’t always work. I purchased the Carmen black patent shoes for a wedding and was very pleased that I was able to wear them all day and didn’t have to revert to the flats that I’d brought along ‘just in case’ . I definitely will be purchasing again, have my eye on the sling backs just need to decide on colour!”
