“HERO TRAINERS (TAUPE CROC). This is the first time I have used this company and literally spent months deliberating whether to order these trainers as it was buying online. My feet are not particularly wide and I only have a mild bunion but went ahead as I simply loved the look of these (Joanna Lumley wearing them made me go ahead as she is my colouring). I’m a 37.5 shoe but these only came in full size. Ordered a 38 but they were just too big (an index finger fitted down the back). I sent them back and within a few days a size 37 arrived and they are just perfect. Wonderful arch support and so comfortable. I walked 2 miles in them straight away with absolutely no rubbing anywhere. I have a bad Achilles tendon as I play a lot of golf and these trainers were pure joy to walk in. If only my golf shoes felt the same! If in doubt about buying from this company, doubt no more. They are extremely efficient and customer service was wonderful.”

“Beautiful shoes but my normal size (5) was too long and I had to replace them with a 41/2 Sadly even these shoes were slightly too long and I have had to insert heel grips so that my feet don't slide out of the shoe. A bit disappointing as they are not as comfortable as I had hoped”

“I bought the sneakers in 9- usual size, they were huge. Went down a size to 8, too small. I’m a 8.5 in every other shoe except sneakers. I wore them one hour and had to take them off because my feet hurt. Why not have half size? You can only wear them on carpet to return & that’s impossible. Disappointed!”
