“I saw an article praising Sole Bliss shoes in the New York Times, and immediately checked them out. The shoes are touted as being super comfortable and great for people with bunions. I bought my first pair, shoes with a high heel, for a special birthday party. Despite the fact that I rarely wear heels, I found them to be extremely comfortable. They have great cushioning, and a wide toe box for bunions. The shoes are very attractive and fashion forward. I recenlty recommended them to my sister in law, who has been desperate to find comfortable shoes.”

“I read about Sole Bliss in the paper and had to try. I have two bone spurs and arthritis in one of my feet and am always looking for great looking yet comfortable shoes. My first pair were the lace-up booties and I wore them straight out of the with no break in period! How great is that?! I recently received a pair of amazing loafers that are as comfortable as my most comfy gym shoes. I can't recomment Sole Bliss highly enough!!”

“I love the sneakers they have. They are all day comfortable for doing everything and the leather ones make keeping them clean a breeze. They can be dressed up or down . They accommodate my many foot surgeries and do not look like old lady sneakers! Love the zipper also. I will be buying another pair soon. Great customer service also. Thanks Sole Bliss!”

“I have been searching for a comfortable but stylish pair of flat shoes for so long that I thought that it would never happen. Then I ran across an article about Sole Bliss, and ordered a pair of Hampton sneakers in snake. The shipping was amazingly fast to the US, but the shoes were a bit large. the service in replacing them was again fast and free. I LOVE MY SHOES, and whenever I wear them, I get compliments -- and I can walk all day without pain. Thank you Sole Bliss for making a "woman of a certain age" feel youthful and trendy. I already have my next pair picked out....”

“These are the first shoes that don't hurt my big bunions! I wish I knew about them earlier! And the buying experience was great. At first I bought 2 sizes, at their suggestion, but then it turned out I actually needed a third size - and they accepted and credited the 2 returns "no muss, no fuss".”

“All the shoes are well-made and very comfortable. For small feet like mine, (I'm usually a 35 or 5 1/2), the smallest size, (36) might be a bit long. I solved the problem by getting Vida with a strap.”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with both the product quality and the customer service I received from your company. While I had read extensively about your company and its mission, I was truly disappointed when the product I purchased did not live up to my expectations. I recently bought a pair of shoes, model DRAM-LEA-BLK-380, and after wearing them for just over a month, I noticed that they had loosened significantly at the heel end. As a result, my heel slips out of the shoe when I walk, causing discomfort and inconvenience. When I reached out to your customer service team for assistance with this issue, I was disheartened by the response I received. I was told, "Unfortunately, as the shoes have been worn, we would not be able to accept them back for an exchange. You could also try putting some fabric material in the shoe to fill the gap, and this could make the fit more comfortable for you." For a purchase of $300, I find it unacceptable that the company's solution is to recommend stuffing fabric into the heel of the shoe rather than addressing the underlying issue of why the shoe's design led to it becoming loose. This response does not reflect a brand that stands behind its quality or values its customers' satisfaction. I was initially committed to your brand, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will now have to think twice before considering shopping here again.”

“I have tried many different brands of shoes that claim less or no pain for problematic feet. I have a neuroma, arthritis, and bunions, suffer from stress fractures, and easily get blisters so finding shoes I can wear, especially to work, is a big challenge. The flats I bought from Sole Bliss are AMAZING!! No pain whatsoever, seriously no pain!!! They are cute but also provide support which is hard to find in any flats. Definitely recommend these and I will be buying another pair.”

“I ordered the Luna and the Remy. Normally a US 8.5/9. In Remy, 40 was perfect. In Luna, 39.5 was right. I don't have bunions but I spend a lot of time on my feet and am tough on my shoes. Both pair were very comfortable right out of the box. Haven't worn Remy out yet, but I have worn Luna. Luna is super comfortable but my only complaint is that they squeak when walking. Hoping this goes away over time.”

“I've ordered a number of pairs of shoes since discovering the brand, and each one is better than the next. I have bunions and other foot issues, and these are the only shoes that feel comfortable. I cannot recommend them more highly. Additionally, customer service is super helpful and very responsive. All around, I am super pleased with Sole Bliss!”
