“I tried to buy some more software last week and the site threw up a forbidden website address and I was wondering if this software was legitimate. Today I see the company has moved from London to Northern Ireland. Is this a Brexit thing? I had to buy from amazon instead. How can I know this software is complying with Microsoft’s policies? Surely I have to use Windows licenses on hardware I sell and then support as an OEM supplier?”

“Everything looked good at first only to find out that the license provided is considered to be invalid by Microsoft and it was indicated as being "blocked" when a phone call was also placed to Microsoft. However the company did issue a replacement license resolving the issue.”
