“To be honest, it wasn't straight forward to install from the purchase. But at least when I needed to contact software geek the staff was helpful. The problem was that the download link and instruction page wasn't incorporated. So I was a bit confused and I had to re-downloaded 2 time. But overall it worked.”

“I had installed Windows 7 on an old laptop using an OEM disc that I previously used on another machine which is still in use, i.e. I could not use the same authentication key again. Purchased a new key from Software Geeks - this came through straight away on the PayPal receipt - entered the key, and within a minute or two I was legal and authenticated. It worked like a charm for me.”

“I ordered Office 10 and received it very quickly no problems. It loaded very quickly and worked brilliant. My only problem was me myself. I do not like the programme I find it harder to use but that is not software geeks fault.”

“Very easy to buy and much cheaper than Windows 10 would be otherwise. Make sure you have a USB stick on you with 8GB (I think), but otherwise a relatively pain free process. Would recommend to others!”

“I've bought Win 7 Pro and Win 10 Pro twice (setup a friends computer) from SoftwareGeeks. The process is very straightforward and works perfectly. You receive a copy of the software to keep in case a future install is needed. I thought this may be dodgy due to the low prices but I've experienced no problems whatsoever and Windows activation has worked perfectly everytime. If you need to contact them, it is via an on-line form (no phone number) but they get back to you inside 24hrs. Spot on.”

“After following the instructions carefully I upgraded Windows 10 Home to Pro. Windows activation was happy with the upgrade licence key. Haven't had any problems since. Would use again.”
