“Well I have used Software Geeks twice now - primarily because of the cost of the software. Slightly hesitant on my first buy due mainly to the fact that I didn’t know the operator and costs look to be “too good to be true” However I have downloaded two pieces of Microsoft software with out problems (which would have normally cost me money in the hundreds). I still don’t have any problems. The software have been activated and receiving updates as normal. The process is simple and easy to use and they have the facilities for online chat in real time if you do have a problem or need a chat re a technical issue. I would have no problems in using Software Geeks in the future”

“I have to say I was a bit wary because of the price. It was nowhere near as low as that of some quite "dubious" vendors, which I would definitely avoid. As Software Geeks have been around for some time, are UK based and provide a VAT invoice, I thought it worth a try. I bought Windows 10 Pro and Office 2010. Both went without a hitch and the updates installed from Microsoft. I will buy a couple more for other PCs, as soon as they have stock!”

“My flu addled brain installed the wrong version which I did not notice and obviously the code did not work. Requested a refund which after receiving the reply realised was worded quite rudely (apologies). The support chap pointed out that error and supplied a link to the correct version.
