“purchased a windows 7 key and it wont install on a new build pc. Contacted them for help and poor response and then just stopped responding. phone line not working so unable to contact.”

“2 out of 5 for service. Word of warning which is not made clear on the web site.... If you order software to download in error there is no refund even if you don't use the key. I ordered Windows 10 Pro as I was told that you couldn't move one hard drive to another computer without doing a complete reinstall. For me this was not the case the hard drive booted up fine and replaced all the drivers with the new ones. I tried to cancel the order but was told that it wasn't possible as the keys cannot be resold once issued. I think this needs to be made clearer (not even sure if this is legal either) My advice is to try reusing your old drive first - it worked fine for me.”

“I ordered a Win7 Pro DVD and licence on 7 Dec 2015. The money was taken the same day and I received an emailed receipt. After approx 10 days I had not received the order, it was agreed that another disc would be sent free of charge, by 20 December still no disc or licence. Contacted the Geeks again and agreed a 50% refund and licence by email, (because of the Christmas period ) After a month I have still not heard anything from the Software Geeks, after many emails and phone calls, and currently am out of pocket amounting to £35. I can only say be warned when dealing with this company”

“Purchased Win 7 Pro License Only (32/64 Bit) for second hand PC pre-loaded with WIN 7 Pro. At first, would not validate through Win 7 facility on PC but the program automatically directs you to Microsoft site where it requests a mini executable file is run; the program was then validated!! Quick and sensibly priced (I can now upgrade to Win 10!)”

“Brought windows seven as down load. You will need some computer knowledge as you need to burn a system disc. Instructions adequate but not extensive. The product delivered was exactly as described and hss been working fine since installed.”

“I never used SGeeks before and I have my doubts about buying a system because the price was so cheap but I received my item (WIndows 7) really quickly. No problems with activation and no problems with upgrading to Win10 at all. I recommend Software Geeks without a doubt. Great Service.”
