“Recently built my first PC and purchased Windows 7.1 for just under £20 with a free upgrade to Windows 10. Sounds a bit too good to be true doesn't it? But, hey, it worked fine. So, yes, I'd recommend Software Geeks based on my own personal experience.”

“I purchased a Windows 7 Ultimate which worked without problem for 2 months then the screen turned black with a non genuine message. I emailed the Geeks who told me to use the automated phone activation to clear this message. I did and the error message was gone and windows is up aand running again.”

“Although I hadn't realised I would have to perform a "Wipe & Load" for the Windows 10 upgrade from Home to Pro, this did not present me with any great issues especially with regard to the great value of the licence key I bought from the "Geeks" ;-)”

“I had an illegal copy of Windows 7 on my laptop, which I only discovered when I tired, unsuccessfully, to upgrade to Windows 10, and spent ages with Microsoft trying to sort it out. MS were useless & kept referring me back to Sony. I bought a licence & download for Win 7 Pro from Software Geeks for the princely sum of 20 quid. I must admit I was sceptical. The main pain was backing up my hard disk contents before the clean install. It took me days! However that was nothing to do with Software Geeks. I had a problem registering the software with Microsoft not recognising the supplied product key but that was sorted out quickly via the online help. Customer service from Software Geeks was first class, with quick response, and clear installation instructions. Win 7 Pro is running perfectly. I now have to decide whether using the free upgrade to Win 10 is worth the risk!!”

“I bought a copy of Windows 7. It was the best price that I could see and a very simple operation to make the purchase. Thinking about it now I don't think that I ever received the disk in the post but I only needed the licence code.”
