“Needed a Win 7 key for installing on a new barebones computer as I already had the Home Premium disk. Bit unsure at first with the offers I found on the internet but after checking details with Software Geeks (who responded very quickly) and checking reviews / experiences of others I went ahead. Key worked without problem - required a telephone registration but that was no problem other than a bit long winded due to the number of entries Microsoft require.”

“I was very pleased to see that the key arrived absolutely as soon as I clicked to pay, and on the shop browser, as well as being sent to my email (junk mail as it turned out). I had no trouble in using the key apart from Microsoft's own hurdles that are always there whereever you buy the key from”

“bought an 8.1 pro key for silly money, as soon as the payment was authorised ....(in 2 seconds) emailed back with key upgraded to windows 10 pro 64 bit all within 10 mins. A lot easier than Piracy Why isn't everyone doing this?”

“I purchased Windows 8.1 and decided to give Software Geeks a go because their prices were superb. I admit I was very debious as to whether I was being scammed but was very pleasantly surprised. “I use the word normal because getting instructions that are inaccurate and unintelligible to the ordinary computerphobe is the norm. Referring to the sheet 'How to install Windows 7' language such as 'enter the BIOS (normally F2) and change the boot sequence from within' meant nothing to me. I was not asked about language, time and currency format, or keyboard. There was no request for a user name or an offer to set a password. However I did get there eventually and although I had to enter the product key a second time it is now up and running and activated. My advice to you is to employ an ordinary mortal who can write these instructions in such a way that the average man in the street, who is not particularly computer literate, can follow them. On a positive note your product is good value for money compared with other suppliers.”

Hi Chris, You did not order a disc, you ordered a product key, downloads and installation instructions. It was not advertised anywhere in the product description that you will receive a disc. We cannot help that your internet connection is slow. All products sold are genuine as you can see from the other 1000 reviews. Kind regards, Softwaregeeks
