“Excellent customer service from Emma and a super fast delivery to Spain . All very good until........ However disappointed that one of the elements on the construction fell out of the hole that it sits in. I have attached a photo. I think this is really dangerous and I hope you review this component and the fixture. kind regards Louise”

“UK Mail - for the delivery - were very poor. We had messages on 3 separate days saying they would deliver that did not transpire. Our address is a 24/7 concierge so it could be delivered anytime and we did not reschedule once. After my three email enquires that they closed each without consultation, they delivered.”

“We received the snuzpod as a gift from my mum. I'd looked into it and was keen to buy a quality product to help with the early months of sleeping and one that has the flexibility of rocking and joining alongside our bed. However, the first one we received was faulty with the snuzpod logo stuck well away from the circular indent that had been made for it! How this had gone unnoticed I'm not sure! I returned it and received a new one, which I am fairly happy with, however on some of the popper joins it's impossible to stretch the fabric to join and the poppers just keep popping open. As this was the second product and we need it we've not returned it, however I do feel that for such an expensive product it should be made to much higher standards and have some quality checks that would pick up on the faults we've had with ours. I have also ordered the snuzpod fitted sheets and mattress protectors which look lovely. It looks good, but I feel that the quality should be spot on for the price tag!”

“I've ordered two snuzpod bedsheets, a swaddle and a blanket. The quality of all these products is a little less than what I have expected but good and satisfying. The packaging was very poor, all items delivered in something that resembled a bin bag, all boxes were squashed inside and didn't make the best first impression hence slight disappointment considering how much I paid for these items I'd expect top quality. Positively, I'm happy that all items are made from good quality fabric & are 100% natural and feel so soft to touch. The blanket is super small but I decided to keep it as will be practical when going out, will not take much space in the changing bag; but far overpriced for what it is! I was going to buy few more things but after the disappointment of my first purchase I will be shopping elsewhere.”
