“I bought an expensive barbour jacket and a 20-pound shipping. I have not received the jacket and there is no way to track the shipping or even know what company will provide the delivery service. I contacted customer service and they said that I shouldn't worry, that one day I will receive the order (basically that I should stop bothering them). Horrible service”
